Welcome to Lakin Smokery, a small business just outside Bath, supplying restaurants, pubs and the catering trade with quality smoked chicken, pork, beef, duck and game.

While we specialise in oak smoked chicken, we do offer a wide range of smoked foods and will happily supply you with samples.

All our meats and poultry are British, and we can supply Free Range or Organic on request.

We source our meats from local suppliers and farm shops. The Oak chippings used in the smoking process come from local furniture makers.

We smoke fresh batches each week. To ensure they reach you in time for the weekend, we do require a little notice on some products; please see our Order page for details.
